Villa Audrey covers the area of 142 m2 divided on ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, ideal for groups of friends or larger families.
The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept.
Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a spacious balcony equipped with outdoor furniture with partial seaview.
One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth), which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning system. Charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.
Villa Audrey is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Guests can use the outdoor grill. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge.
