Farmhouse near Newtownstewart 3 bedrooms
Enjoy everything the country side has to offer has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire farm house designed to allow you to feel at home.
We are 10 minutes drive from The Ulster American Folk Park, Gortin Glen's, Glennpark and 40 minute drive from Londonderry our famous walled City. A 15 minute drive gets you to Co Donegal where you can explore the wild Atlantic way. There are plenty of Mountain walks in the area and Bessy Bell and Mary Gray Mountains are visible from the house.
The Owenkillew river runs through the farm and fishing is available on request. The owners Kate and Sam meets and greets guests and provides personalised service throughout visit. Kate and Sam can provide local information and itinerary recommendations to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The area boasts world-class golf courses and we can ensure you gain access to the top courses. Outstanding sight-seeing includes Giant's Causeway, Wild Atlantic Way, Titanic Museum, and visiting Game of Thrones film location.
We are in a central location to explore both North and south of Ireland.
There is a variety of good quality restaurants in the vicinity.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, microwave air fryer and slow cooker. There are good quality butchers and grocerie stores nearby.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
On request we can offer guided farm walks and talks from our very knowledgeable Sam and Slumber around this tranquil setting. You may even meet some cows and sheep on your travels.
Also cookery demonstrations can be requested and maybe you can pick up skills on how to make traditional soda scone to take home with you. Or prepare a lovely lunch or evening meal and of course that very special sweet treat.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There are 2 toilet / shower rooms.
One upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Bedclothes, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine and tumble drier and clothes line is included for your use.
