About this space
This spacious, attractive 2-bedroom property in the charming village of Hampton Wick is within walking distance to Kingston and the riverside, yet is peacefully tucked away on a quiet road.
The property comes with a free parking spot and is less than 5 5-minute walk to Hampton Wick station with frequent trains to Central London.
With a large, light-filled living and dining area, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
There are two stylish bedrooms one with a king-sized four-poster bed.
The space
Situated on the first floor, this spacious property is light and airy with high ceilings.
Light floods in through two lofty windows in the large living area and there is plenty of room to relax on the comfy sofas where you can kick back and enjoy the Amazon Fire TV.
The dining area comfortably seats four and is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed evening meal.
The separate kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need for your stay including a Nespresso machine with pods, milk frother, and plenty of tea and biscuits so that you can make yourself feel at home.
Two peaceful bedrooms are situated down a hallway away from the main living area. Both are stylishly furnished, one with an amazing king-sized four-poster bed and wardrobe, and the other with a double bed and additional hanging space.
The bathroom comes stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and essential toiletries, to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
There is allocated free parking for one car as well as on-street parking for additional vehicles available.
Guest access
Guest access will be 24/7 via key safe entry. Details of the key safe location and code will be shared prior to arrival. Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. We will try to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out where possible. There is usually a £30 charge for this.
£100 will be applied for late checkout unless arranged in advance with our guest services team. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for a call-out if you forget the keys inside the property.
This property is in a quiet, residential area so parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
