Super luxury top quality semi detached house near La cala de Mijas with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people (max. 6 adults). Very close to the sea!

This luxurious development was just recently finished and is super modern. It offers parking (2 private spaces just outside the house), communal swimming pool, tennis court and gym/fitness centre,

The living room is filled with natural light and has sea views, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, armchair and TV and has an open plan layout with the modern kitchen equipped with an island with 4 bar stools and dining area seating 6 people. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. From the kitchen and lounge you reach a big terrace with a dining table for 8 people. There is another big terrace and private garden on the lower level, outside the bedrooms, with sunbeds and lounge furniture. You can also reach this outside area by the stairs from the upper terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and 2 with 2 single beds each (big ones). 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, with walk-in showers. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Cloak room upstairs with toilet and basin.

The accommodation is equipped with dryer, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the house. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

Eden is situated just in between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas and in only a few minutes by car you reach a lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping center, other amenities, beautiful beaches and stunning golf courses at El Chapparal and Miraflores
