A place to truly get away from it all, Villa Margarite is the ideal villa for that much-needed R&R time. The sprawling National Park area of Costa Nova is on your doorstep, with lush greenery, pine-clad woodlands, and olive groves at every turn. Set in Javea, you’re just a stone’s throw away from its history-swept old town lined with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Sink your toes into its two standout beaches, proudly waving their Blue Flags; the pebbly La Grava is lined by a bustling promenade, while Arenal Bay is swathed with golden sands and shallow waters. 
This sublime villa is full of classic character, surrounded on all sides by pretty pine-clad gardens. Beautiful and blossoming, there’s an orchard swathed with lemon, orange, olive, and avocado trees, alongside grape vines and various herbs. The main terrace is an absolute dream, with a sparkling heated* pool and plenty of loungers to unwind and take in the sublime Spanish sunshine. Dinner at Villa Margarite is best cooked outdoors, with a barbecue and outdoor dining table ideal for whipping up a feast in the cool hillside breeze. 
Inside, the tradition is kept alive with wooden beamed ceilings, stone facades, and whitewashed stucco walls. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style but still hangs on to its old-fashioned roots, with wooden furnishings and a traditional stone fireplace that create a homely setting. A beautiful Tuscan arch leads into the spacious dining room, fenced with large glass windows that let natural daylight in. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, finished with a country chic touch with pine cabinets that are paired with high-end appliances. Across the villa are three plush bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep up to six adults in total.
