Mobray is a traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage just steps from the bustling harbour of Port Isaac and retains all its original charm and character and is an ideal base for your holiday.
This self catering holiday cottage can cater for up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms split over the first floor and mezzanine level. Perfect for couples on a romantic break or a small family looking for a holiday in Port Isaac on the North Cornwall coast.
At Mobray you are conveniently located for everything Port Isaac has to offer, restaurants, local shops, and pubs serving arguably the best fresh seafood straight from the boats in the harbour.
Step into the cottage from Middle Street into an open plan living area, with exposed ceiling beams and comfortable furnishings. There is a carefully thought out kitchen where you can stand in one place to access everything. Underfloor heating provides that homely feel in addition to the traditional wood burner, perfect for an evening or relaxation after a busy day walking the north Cornish coast path.
The first floor comprises of a surprisingly spacious bedroom with two single beds and a stylish family bathroom. Climb up a narrow staircase to the bright and chic top floor master bedroom with a calming palette of grey and mustard colours, all in sync to provide a relaxing feel for the perfect night’s sleep.
Port Isaac consists of a traditional cottages clustered around a beautiful sheltered harbour. There is plenty to explore in the old part of the village. Port Isaac has regularly been used as a location for film and television, and was the location for the television series 'Doc Martin'. and is also home to Port Isaac's Fishermans Friends'.
You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat in Port Isaac, with its excellent pubs & restaurants, including Nathan Outlaws Fish Kitchen right on your doorstep.

First Floor: Bedroom 2: Twin beds Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, W.C and basin Second Floor: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king size bed Please take care on the staircase to the first and second floor, they are narrow and steep like most of the traditional Port Isaac cottages. There are low ceilings with restricted head height throughout the property. Please note: There is no washing machine or dryer. There is a dedicated parking space, marked 15 Middle Street, for one car on Church Hill a 3 or 4 minutes walk up the hill. It is suitable for all cars except those with a very low wheelbase, but care needs to be taken entering and leaving the space due to the slope.
