This sublime, newly constructed villa has a secluded location on an estate that, since time immemorial, has been used for agricultural purposes. This fact is what makes its location so unique. The rural location of the villa offers complete tranquillity, making it particularly suitable for discerning villa holidaymakers who are looking for rest and relaxation without compromising on proximity to shopping options and restaurants. The beautiful, natural, sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is only around a 20-minute drive from the villa. The centrepiece of the villa "Sa Sinia" is the huge pool terrace that offers sufficient space for all accompanying guests. There are 12 luxurious, as well as sun shades. The large pool features a set of steps for you to enter. It is located directly in front of the house, surrounded by a long, partly covered terrace. In addition, the pool is child proof thanks to part of it being sectioned off from the deep water and having a flat bottom.

The house itself features air-conditioning in all rooms so that you can get a good night's sleep at night. There are a total of six double bedrooms available. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, and there is also an additional toilet. As a result, the villa is perfect for groups of two or even three families. Moreover, the house offers a large living and dining area with fireplace that brings pleasant warmth into the house during the winter. The large villa kitchen naturally comes fully equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine included.

To take care of your daily shopping needs, head to the nearby village of Petra. It offers supermarkets where you can purchase all the things you need for day-to-day life. It is only a five-minute trip by car to the centre of town, which features a typical, picturesque Mallorquin plaza as well as restaurants and bars. The beach is about 20 minutes away by car, taking you to the majestic, natural, and sandy shoreline of Son Serra de Marina. It stretches on into the horizon and entering the water is a breeze, as it is very shallow and flat.

There is still another highlight of this villa that we have not covered, and that is its location by one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Mallorca. The farmhouse has a secure bike storage.

The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans! Should you wish to have a party during your stay, we ask that you please advise us of this beforehand. In the interests of other holidaymakers nearby, parties cannot be held in the villa.
