The 15,000 m² surrounding estate has been recently renovated into a splendid garden, featuring lawns and terraced surfaces, including a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. The pathway leading to the villa, in accordance with its name, is lined with palm trees. The heart of the garden is the pool landscape, with two pools and the adjacent sunbathing terrace. You can enjoy swimming any time during the day in the large pool, while the little ones can safely play in the flat pool. The roofed terrace is contingent to the pool area and the two tables can safely accommodate up to 16 people. Here, a large, delicious barbecue can be held on a mild evening, making it the likely highlight of every holiday.

You can spread out discreetly and go undisturbed in small or large travel groups on the entire 500 m² of living space of this modern, vast villa. A very spacious living/dining room offers a massive dining table for 12 people, in addition to two cosy sofa areas, where you can get a true feeling of comfort. The modern and cheerfully-designed kitchen is a fully equipped facility. Next to the refrigerator, baking oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave The spaciousness of the kitchen inspires collective cooking evenings. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out, fitted with high-quality furniture and decorated with style. All six double rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a high-quality five-star hotel ambience.

The Neighborhood:
The new villa "Palmeral" is an exclusive holiday home on the eastern part of the island, close to the small town of Petra. The large natural stone house stretches across a 8,000 m² area, with a superbly vast surrounding estate. Petra is approximately three kilometres away. Here, you will find a few restaurants and small supermarkets. In Sineu, approximately 10 minutes by car, the well-known weekly market takes place every Wednesday. The beautiful beaches of Son Real and Son Serra can be quickly reached with a rental car.

For very large traveling groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house alongside others in our range:"Son Perxa" and/or "Sa Pleta". All properties are close to each other but are fully independent and feature a high level of privacy. These and three other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans! Should you wish to have a party during your stay, we ask that you please advise us of this beforehand.

· Pets are not allowed.

· The holding of events is forbidden.

· There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
