• Outdoor Paradise: Unwind in the meticulously landscaped 15,000 m² garden, complete with lawns, terraces, and a variety of Mediterranean plants. Take a refreshing dip in the large pool, let the little ones splash in the children's pool, or soak up the sun on one of the 14 sunbeds. The covered terrace provides ample space for outdoor dining and barbecues, creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

We'll meet you at check-in to give you a tour and answer any questions. We're available 24/7 via messaging to ensure your stay is seamless. Your booking includes final cleaning, bath towels, bed linens, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, and private parking.

El Palmeral is conveniently located near the charming town of Petra, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and a weekly market. Just a short drive away, the beautiful beaches of Son Real and Son Serra offer sun-soaked relaxation and water activities. For a taste of history and culture, explore the nearby town of Sineu or venture to the stunning s'Albufera Nature Park.

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

Other things to note

For larger groups, we offer the option to rent El Palmeral alongside our neighboring villas, "Son Perxa" and/or "Sa Pleta." All properties are independent but close to each other, ensuring privacy while allowing for larger gatherings. These villas share a tennis court and volleyball court, perfect for sports enthusiasts.
