TERRIBLE experience
Summary points:
1. The host very poor at her job, rescheduled my check in multiple times on the DAY OF and left me waiting outside in a rainstorm for about an hour. The last instance of this was due to a miscommunication where the cleaner told me she needed 1 more hour to finish, and when I returned, she was waiting outside and I was ringing the buzzer to enter(as instructed by host, can attach message proof).
2. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever touched in my life. You can feel the metal box spring beneath the mattress, sags everywhere. I am about 85kg so was not a weight issue.
3. There is a potent stench of staleness in the apartment that does not go away despite opening windows.
4. Super old, cheap, furniture. This includes the couch which is far older and dirtier than seen in photos.
5. Host is extremely unaccomodating and unhelpful. I asked to shorten my stay due to the apartment not being accurately depicted in photos, the poor experience, the horrible quality of furniture, and smell, and the host ignored my messages and requests.
By far my worst experience with VRBO ever. I ended up just going back to my old host (Welcome2BA) and asking to extend because staying at this apartment was not an option. Limphaus had also provided me good experiences in the past.
NO MATTER WHAT, DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOST.
