Villa Oleandra has large and well-kept outdoor spaces that allow you to spend a holiday in total relaxation and in close contact with nature. A private tennis court is available to guests. The villa is located near the residential area of "MARGINE ROSSO", (Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena), in an enchanting place, protected from noise and chaos. Situated ten minutes by car from the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, and just five minutes by car from the centre and the beautiful and renowned Poetto seafront promenade - equipped with establishments, exceptional restaurants and services of various kinds - it is also a strategic point for reaching the picture-postcard beaches of South Sardinia.

This splendid Villa for rent can accommodate up to 8/9 people and has a surface area of 220 square metres divided between the elegant ground floor and a magnificent mansard overlooking the pool and tennis court. The property is composed as follows:

EXCLUSIVE use of the swimming pool and tennis court: if requested at the time of booking, the cost is € 500 per week.

Note:
-in low season always ask if the swimming pool is in operation.
- unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking, dogs or other animals are not allowed, as the owner owns two tame and non-aggressive Labrador dogs that will remain enclosed in their spacious and comfortable enclosure during our guests' stay.
- the other part of the 220 sq m semi-detached villa, with its own separate entrance, is inhabited only by the owner and his family, who ensure maximum welcome and availability to guests during their stay.

-For the sake of fairness, I would like to inform you that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow booking without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation. Therefore. before sending a booking request it is advisable to first send an information request to check the availability of the house, and then possibly proceed with the booking through the portal.
-Only the costs of electricity consumption, double and/or single sets of bed linen and towels should be added to the rental price published on the portal: face and shower per person, which we rent if required, and the tourist tax and the vat but only if due.
