Relaxing and cosy retreat in beautiful surroundings

It was in a nice scenic location surrounded by trees and next to a canal. Cosy little cabin with easy access to local cafes. Plenty of people walking along the canal path but still peaceful.

A nice get away.

The cabin was lovely and only a 2 minute walk away from the village of Marsden. However, what was very disappointing was the fact we had no hot water at all during our stay. Which is the reason I have given a 1 for facilities.

Lovely quiet retreat! Had a wholesome night in with my best friend and her two children

I loved the decor, the lodge had everything I needed (including milk for a cuppa when I got there), beds were comfortable and great shower!. It was great that the lodge is situated on the canal, this allowed for quick walks with the kids where they could explore new things. Mark was very welcoming, informative and helpful throughout our stay.
