On the ground floor sits a stunning open-plan kitchen and living room, with a large island unit and a beautifully crafted dining table, perfect for entertaining. A further bathroom and fourth bedroom/TV room is located on the ground floor, with a made-to-measure king-size sofa bed. Please request the linen for this sofa bed prior to your holiday to ensure you will have everything set up for your stay at Baxter's Rise 9.

The property further benefits from a large utility/boot room on the ground floor, log burner, SONOS speaker system, wine fridge, outdoor hot water tap and EV charging point.
