Ideally located close to Javea with spectacular views of Montgo Mountain, Villa Estiu is a lovely villa with a spacious BBQ house and plenty of outside space. This charming 4 bedroom villa has a traditional Spanish feel throughout, creating a lovely countryside escape. There are a small selection of good restaurants nearby, with the centre of Javea Old Town and the sandy Arenal Beach just 15 minutes' drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Estiu is located in the countryside, less than a 10 minute drive from the charming Old Town of Javea. From the villa you’ll have fantastic views of the impressive Montgo Mountain. The beautiful Arenal area has a inviting sandy beach along with a host ofbars, restaurants and shops. All within 15 minute drive from the villa. For more exploration, visit the nearby village of Gata, famous for its wicker making.
