This unique, modern apartment for 3 people is in Nice Le Ray, the largest green façade project in Europe. On the first floor, with a charming balcony, the apartment makes an ideal base for visitors to explore the exciting city of Nice.

The area is peaceful and calm, and the apartment is surrounded by greenery and trees. The balcony has a table and chairs for a relaxed cup of coffee or glass of wine. Large, sliding glass doors lead into the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV and further back, there is a newly fitted kitchen and dining area. The dining table can seat 4 people and the kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a modern double bed and wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

Location
Nice, one of very few cities awarded UNESCO World Heritage Site status, is famous the world over for its glamour, beachfront promenade, delicious food and fabulous shopping. This apartment is ideally located for exploring Nice on foot. Almost all the main tourist attractions, including Place Massena with the famous Fountain of the Sun, the Palais Lascaris Museum and the Albert I Garden are just 15 minutes away by tram. The tram stop is just below the building, so no need to take the car to get around. For a day on the beach, it is only 20 minutes to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. Art lovers will find the Marc Chagall Museum and the Henri Matisse Museum a 10-15 minute drive or a 25-minute walk.

Many shops, restaurants and cafés also available close by in the Gallérie Marchande Du Ray. For an authentic Niçoise market, check out the Marché Cours Saleya (25 minutes by tram) where you will find the freshest, best local produce to cook at home. On Mondays the market becomes a flea market.

Day trips to other famous towns along the French Riviera; Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Antibes are easy to arrange. All of these towns are within a 30-45 minute drive and are accessible by public transport.

The apartment is well connected to Nice airport by tram in 30-35 minutes.
