With a size of 80 square meters, the big double bed in the bedroom and the bright living room this apartment offers enough space for 2 people. The luxury bathroom with a nice and roomy shower offers relaxation after a busy day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own homecooked meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining table in the living room area. WiFi is available for free in the whole apartment and an airport shuttle can be arranged, upon request.

The 19th district, called Döbling, is one of the outer districts of Vienna. Next to some highly populated areas there are also many wooden areas, full of nature and greens. The 19th district is one of the richest districts of Vienna, containing many quiet and calm streets. Many Heurigen, typical Austrian Restaurants, are located in Döbling. This area is perfect for some nice hikes while technically still being in the big city and the Japanese garden can be found in this part of Vienna as well. Many famous composers and authors lived in Döbling, including Beethoven and Canetti.
Around the apartment there are multiple great restaurants. Except for Asian and Italian Restaurants, we can always recommend for you to visit on of the Heurigen, where you will get to taste some authentic Austrian cuisine. Just a few tram stops away is the Müllers Heuriger & Weingut, one of the best Heurigen in Vienna.
Except for that you can find some Vietnamese food at Minh Kiehm, located right at the next corner, or some Indian food at Himalaya Tibet Restaurant. If you feel more like an authentic Italian meal we can recommend Sisi Pizza, which is a little further away but worth a visit.
There are also multiple coffees around the apartment, for example the Bäckerei Stumpf, the Caffee Billroth or the Caffee Wannenmacher. Here you can get a taste of the typical Viennese coffee culture.

The apartment is located in Barawitzkagasse, a side street of Heiligenstädter Straße. Right across of the building you will find Wertheimsteinpark, which is perfect for a short stroll, but also the perfect place for kids. If you walk around the corner, just a few meters on Heiligenstädter Straße you will find a Penny Markt, the nearest supermarket and the drugstore BIPA is right around the next corner as well. A few meters away from the apartment you will find the tram number 37 stop “Barawitzkagasse”, which will take you directly into the center of the city. This makes the apartment to the perfect home away from home, making it calm and located a bit outside of the center, but still with an easy and quick public transportation connection right to the main sights of Vienna.
