Studio apartment with an attractive rustic design and a practical layout, maximising the space, available for long term stays.

The beautiful interior, with its parquet floors and elegant ceiling beams, is efficiently laid out with a cosy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, facing a modern L-shaped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. You will also find a small wooden table with two chairs in keeping with the rustic style.

- Pets are allowed. Price per night: 15 €. Price per month: 150 €.

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5- ✨ Important: There is an additional fee which is calculated depending on the number of months of your reservation. The value shown in the Rent Summary as "Other", is the monthly value from the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation.


6- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.

7-- There is an alarm system in the property. It does not register or record anything. It is SECURITAS brand.

8.-Arrival policy:

Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Weekends and public holidays
15:00 - 21:00: €30
9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

For arrivals after 23:00, please contact us rates are different.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbours call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.
