My Rental Homes - Villa Anemone with shared pool sea view

Villa Anemone is a luxury property in Mykonos, set in a great location few hundred meters from the port and sandy beach, located above a hill the property offers a great view over the port and the Aegean Sea, with amazing sun sets. The villa is into a luxury complex, each property has its owner external private area equipped with garden furniture, table chairs for al fresco meals, the complex features a wonderful swimming pool which is shared, there is a large solarium equipped with sunlounges and facing the sea.

Villa Anemone on its interiors develops in two floor, from the outside patio the entrance leads to a large open space with living room equipped with sofas flat screen TV and tea table, dining corner with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed. In this floor is also present the first double bedrooms, which can become a twin bedroom upon request, private bathroom with shower, the room has a sea view.
The upper floor features the second double bedroom (can become two twins) with its own bathroom with shower the room have access to a balcony with sea view.
The lower floor feature the last two double bedrooms (can become twins), each with its own bathroom with shower. In this floor is also present the laundry room and a small kitchenette.
Every bedroom has air conditioning and as well a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The villa has internet wifi, alarm system, shared parking area, daily made service.

Neighborhood and distances:
Villa Anemone is short walking distance to the New Port of Mykonos, about 900 meters, there is a free sandy beach only 400 meters away; the main town of Mykonos is about 2.5 km full of restaurants shops etc. airport is 5 km away; other destination like Agios Stefanos beah 1.5 km; Nammos 6 km; Scorpios 7.5 km; Alemagou 8 km; Principote 6 km.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights; Changeover day: flexible
Check-in: from 15:00 Checkout: by 10:00
A security deposit of € 500 must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded at the departure day provided that no lo damage or loss is incurred.

Pets are allowed upon request Smoking inside the villa is not allowed Children are very welcome
