Layout
The flat is situated on a free-standing first floor with no neighbours on the ground floor. It has three double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 135x200cm, another with a double bed of 150x190cm and another with 4 bunk beds of 90x190cm. It also has two complete bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is recently refurbished, fully equipped and has modern appliances. From the kitchen you have access to the back terrace. In the living room you will find a chaise longue sofa and a dining table, as well as Smart-TV and WiFi. From the living room you have access to the terrace with sea views, where you will find a dining table and a large sofa where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the fantastic views! Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday by the sea!

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The cost is 200€. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
