A charming apartment in an authentic Art Nouveau villa, set on the hillside overlooking Kvarnver Bay. On the first floor, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people and offers a great base for a holiday on the nearby pristine beaches or hiking in the beautiful Ucka National Park.

The apartment is in a historic villa which is full of character. The entrance is off an elegant staircase and leads into a smart hallway. Off this is the contemporary-style living room. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa, day bed and a flat-screen TV. Double French windows lead out to the private balcony with sea views. The balcony has tables and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy an aperitif or cup of coffee al fresco.

A second set of French windows leads from the balcony into the separate modern kitchen/diner. The kitchen consists of attractive pale blue units and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The wooden dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is also linked to the entrance hall via a pretty archway.

The house has a shared garden where guests can relax in the fresh air.

Bedroom: The master bedroom, with a sea view, has a double bed, flat-screen TV and extensive storage.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The modern bathroom has a shower, basin, and WC.

Location
Set on a secondary road, in a quiet part of Lovran, the villa makes a wonderfully private retreat but is close to all of the amenities in this popular resort. Lovran has been a holiday destination for over 100 years and offers some beautiful beaches close by, such as Kvarner Beach, Icici Beach and Peharovo Beach. The medieval town centre has many excellent restaurants and cafés.

The charming resort of Opatija (10 minutes) has attracted visitors for centuries. The Lungomare, a seafront promenade, makes for a great sunset stroll. The town’s architecture reflects its 180-year history, with beautiful villas overlooking pristine beaches.

Ucka National Park is just a 30-minute drive from the apartment. It is known for its beautiful hiking and biking trails through unspoiled countryside with stunning sea views.

Rijeka International Airport is just 45 minutes away.
