The apartment is on the 2nd floor, at a beautiful altitude with a wonderful view and can be easily reached via the stairwell or the elevator. The building in ecological timber construction, which was completed in 2020, is equipped with natural materials and a ventilation system and is therefore ideal for allergy sufferers. The room height of the apartment is 270 cm. All room doors are 212 cm high. Through the front door you enter the hallway of the 76 m² light -flooded apartment.
