This charming modular home is quietly situated on an estate surrounded by greenery a few kilometres from the enchanting beaches of Castro, Porto Miggiano and Santa Cesarea Terme (all approximately a 15-minute drive).

The property is one of two on the estate which shares a swimming pool and a relaxation area equipped with; deckchairs, umbrellas, a BBQ and a children\'s play area with slides and games. Inside, the holiday home has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen fitted with a cooker hob and a fridge freezer.

Outside guests can relax under the covered veranda equipped with; a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs an outdoor shower. This area also incorporates a kitchenette which is fitted with a cooker hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a small breakfast table.

The property is located in the heart of countryside, on the Salento peninsula, between the historic town of Poggiardo (a 4-minute drive) and the picturesque village of San Cassiano (a 3-minute drive). The location offers an authentic Italian experience, rich in cultural heritage and surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.

The beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" is a 30-minute drive and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife is a 40-minute drive. Other popular excursions include a trip to the historic town of Otranto (a 25-minute drive) famous for its Cathedral (with a mosaic floor), Aragonese Castle and scenic waterfront or a day relaxing at the picturesque seaside town of Santa Cesarea Terme where visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town\'s thermal spas (a 15-minute drive away).
