- The homeowner's cleaner comes once a week, and their gardener comes every fortnight and will need access through the house. Our service team will contact you closer to the time if applicable.
- Noise can be heard from planes overhead, however this is significantly reduced between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
- This home has a fourth bedroom that includes two single beds that are not pictured in the listing photographs.
- There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there are hooks on the wall instead.
