Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, ensuring a private and exclusive stay. Please note, the backyard door is shared with the neighboring barber shop. While the barber rarely uses this door, it's visible from the backyard, maintaining transparency and awareness for our guests.

Our friendly co-host, team at Laik won't be present physically for your check-in, we operate a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and convenience.

Despite not being on site, Laik team are easily reachable via phone or messages. Whether you have a query or need assistance, they're here to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

Do expect a bit of daytime traffic since we're on a road, but it's usually just a gentle hum.

Short walk up the road and you'll discover Orrest Head, a true gem of the Lake District with a fab view. It's a short climb, perfect for a dreamy sunset or a daytime picnic - definitely a must-see! Especially if you have a furry friend with you.

Lake Windermere and the postcard-perfect village of Bowness are just down the hill. A leisurely 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus or taxi ride will get you there in a jiffy.
