Afrodita: Charming villa with sea views between historical places and beaches

This villa with capacity for 8 people is rented in l'Escala, in the beautiful area of Empúries. It is located just 100m from the famous Empúries Ruins Museum and about 150m from the beach.
Montgri Natural Park is 5.2 km away and the historic center of l'Escala is 3 km away.
The accommodation is distributed on a single ground floor, but it has stairs that lead to an upper terrace with a chill out area and views of the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden in an environment of pine trees and nature, with a covered terrace that has a built-in barbecue and a table to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.
The accommodation area is 122 square meters, distributed in four rooms: two doubles with a double bed, and one with two double bunk beds. It has 2 toilets and two bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen is separated from the living room. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook. The living room also connects with an exit to the outside, where there is a porch where you can also enjoy a pleasant dinner or simply have a drink.
It also has parking on the same plot for three cars.
The villa does not have a television.
It has Wi-Fi service. It is an idyllic place to disconnect and relax.




Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays, or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 2€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00 till 22:00.
