Having an entrance hall opening to the refurbished modern kitchen which is fully equipped for your cooking needs with a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
A light and airy living space offers two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a dining table for 6 looking out onto the rear garden through the patio doors.
Two double bedrooms with wardrobes and a modern refitted shower room are upstairs. All linen and towels are provided for all guests.
There are two allocated parking spaces, one of which is only suitable for a car due to restricted height access.
Set within a residential estate opposite the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital having a Co-op within a 3-minute drive for essentials and various takeaways and eateries around and on the way into Shrewsbury's town centre.
