Apartment Sirene 3: with terrace

Apartments Sirena - Levanto: three apartments in a central and well-served area (Piazza Staglieno).
Less than 200 meters from the nearest beaches (Bagni Casinò and Bagni Minetti).
Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the public park (public garden).
800 meters away from Levanto train station.

Ideal for a beach holiday: sea and sun! The main beaches can be reached very easily on foot.
Suitable for families: on request we provide baby beds for babies.
Pets allowed on request (surcharge of €35 for final cleaning).

All three apartments are on the first floor, with a lift.

On request: each apartment has private parking: extra price €10 per day. Off-site parking, a few hundred meters away (the apartments are in a pedestrian area, therefore the property is not directly accessible by car)

Sirene Apartment #3: apartment, on the first floor, with two bedrooms. With terrace for al fresco dining.

Important info:
- If you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
- Check-in time: after 16:00 - before 20:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,50€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Apartment Sirene #3, with terrace overlooking the public garden of Piazza Staglieno.
For 4 people, with two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds.
Kitchen-living room with hob, sink, oven, fridge, dishwasher. Table, chairs, sofa, TV, wi-fi.
Exit to terrace from the kitchen.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, hairdryer. Washing machine.

The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning for pets, Parking.
