Domu Elgive ground floor is a beautiful apartment part of a three-apartment structure surrounded by a private garden with views over the mountains and the sea of the Marina di Tertenia.
At your disposal, a double bedroom with private bathroom, an additional double bedroom and a room with two single beds. In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, sofa in the dining room with TV, bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside, private enclosed parking, barbecue area shared with the other units and a beautiful veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside. The property is air conditioned and has free WIFI.
The owners, Flavio and Laura, live in the third apartment of the structure and are at your complete disposal for any need.
It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorcycle because of the lack of public transport
Guests are informed that on arrival at the house they must show their documents and give in cash the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, mandatory for stays from May 1st to October 31st
