The bright and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the first floor and framed by beautiful original rafters on the gable roof.

Two comfy deep blue sofas and a stunning floral and striped loveseat frame the living area complete with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and plenty of games to keep the whole family happy. Double doors lead onto the small balcony area, fitted with two seats and a table, ideal for sundowners looking over the Cornish countryside.

The recently refreshed kitchen is fitted with everything you need to whip up a culinary storm whether it’s a special occasion or lazy breakfast. You will find an electric oven and hob, two fridges, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

You will also find a tumbler dryer and freezer in the outdoor store located under the external stairs.

There is also a stylish dining table with seating for six.

The master bedroom is stylishly presented with a luxurious king-size bed with sumptuous white bedding. There is ample storage in the high-quality wooden wardrobe and dresser. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite with walk-in shower, hand wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom is highlighted with colourful artwork and cushions on the cosy wooden king size bed. The large double-fronted wardrobe with built-in drawers means you can unpack on arrival and hide the suitcase away.

The large third bedroom has great flexibility with a flexible bed that can be made up two twin beds or a super king bed on request. The cute metal shelving is stocked with books, there is storage for your clothes and a small desk.

The family bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash hand basin and WC. The master bedroom also has an ensuite shower room.

The vast outside space benefits from a selection of options for guests to enjoy. Most popular of all is a Nordic-style wooden hot tub, two alfresco dining areas (which are strategically placed to follow the sun) and large lawn. So, whether you fancy a dip in tub, games on the grass or lunch in the sunshine, you won’t need to go far to make the most of the Cornish sunshine.
