The apartment is located in Campo San Filippo e Giacomo in the Castello district, near the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, a few steps from Piazza San Marco.
It is a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars, museums and shops, it is a very lively area and therefore very safe. What makes my apartment unique is the small terrace with a view and the very central location, being in the center and just a few steps away you can move around on foot or go and visit the various islands by vaporetto.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, and is equipped with bed linen and towels, hairdryer, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, gas hob and table with 4 chairs, microwave oven, kettle and capsule coffee machine (dolce gusto), fridge, toaster and a sofa in the small living room. While on the small terrace there is a table with chairs to enjoy a pleasant breakfast or sip a good glass of wine.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal and is prepared to guarantee you a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartment is on the 5th FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR, like almost all buildings in Venice.

The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash at check-in.

The apartment does not have a room used for luggage storage.
