L'embellie Sétoise - Piscine et parking

The studio has a bright living room with sofa bed and TV opening onto a large interior balcony with lovely sea views. There is a dining table for 4 people to enjoy this magnificent view.
The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
The bedroom is spacious with a 160cm bed.
The bathroom has a bath, washing machine, towels and heated towel rail.

Access to the parking is through the residence's first gate, then on the left. Parking spot No. 46.
Access to the residence : Take the stairs next to your parking spot. Then head yourself towards the bottom of the car park and go on the right. Go to the 2nd Floor

To guarantee you a quality stay, our team welcomes you to our premises at 22 corniche de Neuburg, 34200 Sète, to hand over the keys and explain how to access them. We are available throughout your stay to answer your questions and advise you. If you'd like a set of bed linen for added comfort, our laundry can provide a complete set, including bath sheets. (additional cost)

You will reach the city center of Sète in 10 minutes by car to take advantage of the numerous daily shops: Halles de Sète market, Monoprix, flea market on Sundays.
The Place de la Corniche is nearby the apartment.

To get to the agency by public transport, you need to stop at Sète station and take two buses to the corniche.

Opening times and services :

Arrivals from 3pm to 7pm (24 hours a day with a €25 supplement), 7 days a week, with optional concierge service.

Departures between 8am and 10am, 7 days a week. Late check-in possible with €25 supplement depending on property availability.

Residential swimming pool:
Services available according to season. Opening date: 15/06. Closing date: 15/09.

Security deposit and pets :

Deposit of €400 required on arrival (by cheque or bank imprint), refunded within 14 days of departure.

Pets allowed outside with a cleaning supplement (EUR 25.00 per booking).

Cleaning costs and options :

Cleaning fee included. OPTION - Extra bed linen: Price: EUR 40.00 per booking.

Baby cot and high chair hire available on request (Baby high chair: Price: EUR 5.00 per day / Baby cot/cot: Price: EUR 5.00 per day).
