Welcome travelers and athletes! Just 10 min. walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, with impressive views of the sea and easy access to the trails and best cycling routes of La Vuelta. The apartment offers a swimming pool, private gym and bicycle storage. 3 terraces offer stunning views for relaxing, dining or yoga. The two tourist apartments have a private and independent entrance. Swimming pool, gardens and gym are shared between them.

The property is a three-story house in the best residential area of Rincón de la Victoria. The apartments for rent are on the 1st and 2nd floor with independent and private entrances from each other. The owners live on the third floor with our 2 year old Golden Retriever. Sierra, is a delight, does not bark and loves everyone and other dogs.
