The property is also close to Greens Supermarket, an 8-minute walk to a multi-story shopping supermarket, with the option of online shopping and deliveries free of charge.

Taxis are available frequently, but alternatively, public transport is close by and can reach all nearby towns, including beaches and a waterpark nearby. Car rental is not necessary, but if guests would like to avail of the rental car service, parking is secure on the street.

Additional Notes:
1. The air conditioner system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2.

2. AC is available in the bed room and ceiling fan for the living room.

3. The indoor shared pool and Jacuzzi is communal to all the apartments and houses in the complex area. Access is free and available all year round.

4. The shared indoor pool is heated at 27°.

5. A refundable Security Deposit of 150€ shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.

6. WI-FI is available for free.

7. Parking is available on the street.

8. Monthly rates between September to May excluding utility bills, wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance.

(a) 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(b) 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €50 wifi/tv connection monthly

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is 200 euros which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
