5. A refundable Security Deposit of 150€ shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.

8. Monthly rates between September to May excluding utility bills, wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance.
