Bayside A - Apartments and Studios provide self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.

This Studio Penthouse can accommodate up to 7 people (5 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and is equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), TV, and small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. George’s Bay and St. Julian’s.

* The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for the Penthouse Apartment unit is an extra service. It is by meter payment and therefore comes at an additional cost The guests are required to register and pay online (starting €10) when they need to use it and an email will be received with the 20-digit number to be entered into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use. The tub is kept empty of water on your arrival and filling in the tub with water will be 2-3 hours if you are going to use it.

* The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7-8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5-6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx). Using the jets or bubbles speeds up the usage of the credit, so it is suggested to use the jets or bubbles when you are ready to use the jacuzzi after finishing the heating process.

Additional information:

1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.

2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.

3. The building has a lift.

4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

5. Parking is available on the street.

6. Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.

7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.

8. No daily cleaning for the unit.

9. Monthly rates from 28 nights and above are excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(a) 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(b) 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €50 wifi/tv connection monthly

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights ab or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
