ENDROIT MERVEILLEUX, CALME ET REPOSANT; TERRASSE FACE A L OCEAN, SANS ROUTE DEVANT. BRUITS DES VAGUES UNIQUEMENT. APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN AGENCE, malgré quelques manques : tissu des chaises longues usagé à changer. Parasol inaproprié . Plaque électrique à changer. Porte du frezer ne fermant plus. Manque de lampe de chevet dans la chambre à deux lits. Ampoules électriques à remplacer. Malgré cela, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Bon séjour !

Très bon emplacement au Croisic ! Parking privatisé ainsi que chemin privatisé menant directement à la plage. Appartement spacieux avec vue sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas ! Intermarché à 400m et activités proches : port avec restaurants, océarium ou plus loin la cité médiévale de Guérande. Outre les restaurants près du port, je conseille le restaurant "L'Adresse" qui se situe en face de la résidence.

Magnifique

Très bel hébergement propre et idéalement placé en bord de côte. Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. A part la pluie et le vent qui ont été de la partie, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Un lieu idéal pour des vacances bretonnes en bord de mer

15 jours en Bretagne au contact de la plage, de la mer et à proximité immédiate de la ville du Croisic. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, dans une résidence calme, avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer. L'accueil par Solène est parfait.

Tolles Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht

Tolles Appartement in geschlossener Anlage (Zutritt nur mit Schlüssen bzw. Fernbedienung für das Tor). Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon, welcher groß genug ist um dort mit 4 Personen zu essen oder zu relaxen. Sonnenschirm und Balkonmöbel vorhanden. Zimmer per Jalousie komplett verdunkelbar, was auch bei Hitze sehr gut hilft. Trotz 30 Grad am ersten Tag und Dachgeschoss keine Probleme mit Hitze im Appartement. Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Solene von Home-Partner war perfekt. Aufzug vorhanden. Der tolle Strand ist direkt aus der Anlage zu erreichen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cet appartement, avec une vue dont on ne peut se lasser, est très confortable et idéalement bien placé entre plage, côte, activités touristiques, etc… L’accueil a été au top : nous avons beaucoup apprécié la volonté de nous satisfaire.

Magnifique !

Superbe appartement calme et tout confort avec une vue magnifique pleine mer et plage Valentin. Annonce en totale conformité avec la prestation. Conciergerie (Solène) très professionnelle et efficace. Seul petit bémol : le mobilier extérieur n'était pas encore disponible (fin avril, trop de vent apparemment). Car même si la météo n'était pas des plus ensoleillée, déjeuner sur la terrasse aurait été un plaisir supplémentaire certains jours.

Très belle vue à 2 pas de la côte sauvage

Très bel appartement tout confort avec une superbe vue sur la plus belle plage de Batz sur mer, avec accès direct. L'appartement est très confortable y compris le lit. De cet appartement, nous avons pu faire le tour de la presqu'ile du Croisic et la côte sauvage jusqu'au Pouligen sans voiture ! Très bel expérience en ce mois de novembre 2022 sous le soleil.
