Lovely villa with a unique taste in a residential complex with shared swimming pool and a tennis court. Eclectic charm meets contemporary style in this vintage-modern property for up to 6 guests. On the first floor you can find a living room with a sofa bed and the modern open plan kitchen. A comfortable, wooden stair leads you upstairs where you can find a nice and spacious bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Plus, 2 bathrooms and a birght terrace with garden view. A/C available on a weekly extra cost , tv and private parking space.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from June to early September), the exact opening and closing dates may vary between the various residences and depend on the weather situation. We are not responsible for closures due to force majeure or for maintenance according to the law. The use of a pool cap is mandatory.
Tennis court available for a fee.

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 70eur per week
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.

You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
