The residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue full of shops and restaurants situated along the beach.
The cozy three-room apartment is situated on the first floor and is ideal for 6 guests. It has a security door, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The apartment has a living room with double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (there is the opportunity to see German channels), a microwave,1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds (they cannot be joined together), 1 bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, 1 large terrace and an uncovered parking space.
This welcoming apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.

-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency.

-1 pet allowed on request. 60 eur per pet/stay.
