The apartment house with elevator is located on the seaside. It is close to the shopping center.

Our bright flat is ideal for 3-5 guests. It is situated on the second floor. It comes with a living-room with a renewed kitchen, a TV and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bathroom with shower without window, a small balcony with seaside view, an uncovered parking place. A/C available.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-Crib/Cot 35eur/week
-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 55eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
