The flat is for up to 5/7 guests. It develops over 2 floors, ground and 1st floor,
On the ground floor it consists of living room with kitchen, TV, safe and double sofa bed, bedroom with a double and a single bed, bathroom with shower box (no window and no bidet), private not fenced garden with fireplace.
On the first floor it has a double room, 2nd bathroom with window and shower (no shower curtain), balcony.
Uncovered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection.

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen 10eur/person
-Towels 10eur/person
-Crib/Cot 35eur/week
-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency.

-2 pets allowed on request (maximum 2 medium-sized dogs). 60eur per pet/stay.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
