Our cozy flat is located 80 meters away from the sea, a few steps away from Piazzale Zenith and Via delle Costellazioni.
The completely renovated three-room apartment is located on the fourth floor and consists of a bright living room with kitchen, a large fridge, a microwave and double sofa bed, a bathroom with window and shower box, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 2 balconies, a lift and a covered parking space. It is ideal for 7 guests, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The apartment has A/C and a terrace. You will love to spend your holiday here.

-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection.
