The building with an elevator is located in Lido del Sole. It is in a quiet area only a few meters away from the beach and from Piazzale Zenith and very close to Corso del Sole.

The three-room apartment is ideal for 7 guests. It is located on the third floor. It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a TV, air-conditioning, a microwave, 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds, a safe, 1 bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine, a terrace.
An uncovered parking space is included.
