The residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue situated along the beach.
The three-room flat is situated on the first floor and is suitable for 4/6 guests. It has a security door, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (there is the opportunity to see German channels), a microwave, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box and a window, a large terrace, and an uncovered parking space. This welcoming apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.

-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency.

-1 pet allowed on request. 60eur per pet/stay.
