The Apartment House with elevator is in Lido dei Pini at about 100 metres from the beach. It is close to the walk of Lido dei Pini with its shops and restaurants.

The renewed three-room flat is ideal for 4/6 guests. It is on the second floor. It consists of a living room with a cooking corner, a TV, a microwave, a double door fridge and a double sofa bed, a safe, 1 bathroom with a shower box without window, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a washing machine, a large balcony and a covered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
