Beautiful detached villa with independent entrance, private garden and porch, suitable for 6 people and located 200 meters away from the center (Viale dei Pini) and 500 meters from the beach.
The villa is arranged over 2 floors and consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower box, 2 balconies on the first floor, large living room with equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed on the ground floor, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, barbecue. 1 parking space included.

- Security deposit: 200eur to be paid upon arrival in cash at the agency. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, after the apartment inspection

- Only for arrivals after 20:00 (before 21:30 anyway): 40eur fee upon arrival in cash
