Our newly renovated studio is located on the first floor (without elevator) of this small building, just a short walk from the beach and the vibrant heart of the town.

This modern apartment features a cozy living room furnished with a double sofa bed and a foldable cot, offering ample sleeping space.
The well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for preparing meals, while the spacious, bright bathroom includes a shower box for your convenience.

Step out onto the sunny terrace, complete with a plastic table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air.

The studio is outfitted with numerous amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: air conditioning with a heat pump, a washing machine, a large fridge-freezer, a TV, and an American coffee machine. Additionally, you'll have a designated parking spot for your convenience.
