Welcome to our beautiful apartment, only 600m from the sea, with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and the living room where you will enjoy a comfortable double sofa bed) for 7 guests, 2 full bathrooms, one equipped with a washing machine, an equipped kitchen and a dining/living room with a double sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. The residence has a shared outdoor swimming pool which is open from mid June to early September (please read below) and a beautiful garden for exclusive use.
A/C available at an extra weekly cost.
1 uncovered parking space at disposal for guests.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 70eur per week

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week

No linens and towels provided.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

The beaches are excellently equipped, lined with rows of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Porto Santa Margherita is the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Bike rental is also available for you. You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
