It can be located on the ground floor with a garden, or on the first floor with a terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Italian coffee machine (moka).
Air con and central heating with radiators are available.
Private parking space.

* Please note that the pool operates seasonally, opening from 01/06 to 08/09. WiFi available from 01/04 to 30/09.

* A bicycle rental is located just 150m away, a supermarket is situated at a distance of 250m, and a bar and restaurant are 100 meters away.
