Comfortable two bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests in a beautiful residence with swimming pool just 650 meters from the beach.

It can be located on the ground floor with a garden, or on the first/second floor with a terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Italian coffee machine (moka).

Air conditioning and central heating with radiators are available.

Private parking space.

Please note that the pool operates seasonally, opening its doors from 01/06 to 08/09.

A bicycle rental is located just 150m away, a supermarket is situated at a distance of 250m, and a bar and restaurant are 100 meters away.
