The tourist Villaggio Evanike is situated near the renowned spa in a quiet area. It is a compound of recently built row houses with huge swimming pool, solarium and free Wifi on request. The apartment for 6 people with a/c is on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, bedroom with double and single bed, 2nd bedroom with a single bed, safe, bathroom with window, box shower and washing machine, fenced garden with fire place and covered parking. Free beach shuttle on request.

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. The deposit will be returned upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
