It disposes of microwave oven, dishwasher, sat-TV, A/C, washing-machine, Wi-Fi and 1 parking-place. The residence features a swimming pool with hydromassage and a terrace with sun-beds.

The property is located in an elegant residence in the heart of Bibione, a few steps from the beach, the spa center and the pedestrian shopping street. The large terraces, for the most part with sea views, are equipped with outdoor table and chairs. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds with slatted bases and semi-orthopedic mattresses, courtesy lights and large wardrobes. Electric venetian-blinds and armored doors guarantee safety and maximum noise reduction.
