This holiday home is located on the hill of Torre Pali, within a 15,00 m² estate, and offers its guests a beautiful panoramic view. The apartment is about 15 m², consisting of a kitchen complete with all essential accessories (small fridge, cooker, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery), 1 double bed for 2 guests, satellite TV-Sat and integrated Smart-TV system thanks to the wireless Hdmi transmitter Donflix. It can accommodate 2 guests. Additional services include free high-speed Wi-Fi connection suitable for video calls, a fan in the common area, and a free shared washing machine. The private outdoor area includes a small garden with table and chairs for dining and an additional outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area is also available, consisting of a large garden of more than 15,000 m². You can roast your favourite dishes (meat, fish and vegetables) on a large barbecue.

Children under 12 can have fun in the playground with slides and swings. Walks in the midst of nature among olive groves and orchards will give you the chance to eat seasonal fruit (Figs, Prickly Pears, Peaches and Plums) picked right by you! The property is located 1 km from the nearest beach 'Torre Pali', 3 km from the 'Maldives of Salento' and 2 km from the 'Seychelles of Salento'. Nearby you can rent Go Karts at an international track, rent water scooters without a licence and go on excursions to the caves. Breakfast is available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking. Bed linen and towels are available on request with a supplement to be requested at the time of booking (20 euros person/stay).

The property has fenced and video-monitored parking spaces, all free of charge. Pets (1 pet maximum) are allowed with a surcharge to be requested at the time of booking (50 euros pet/stay). We operate differentiate rubbish collection at the property and more information will be provided on site. Excursions to the caves by boat departing from Torre Pali can be booked directly with us. Cars, scooters and bicycles are available for hire, information on site.
