There's a ground-floor shower room with power shower, basin and WC and a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with verandah. The external utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent.
